Hongik Universtiy Design Exhibition

Hongik university is the main arts university of Seoul. As much as i enjoy my time in SKKU, due to the mix of people, location and atmosphere, I think that I would have learnt a lot more at this university. Going to their exhibition allowed me to see a high standard of work and creativity, due to their better facilities in the art department. I have spoken to my Korean classmates about this and they say that they have to pay about £600 more a year than students in other departments, yet they don't see the money being put in to the art department, which i think is a shame. The students here have an amazing creativity, which i find inspiring and hard to keep up with. It's a shame they aren't able to utilise facilities I've been so lucky to have access to in the UK.
